Technical assumptions
- Course authored in Articulate Storyline and packaged as SCORM.
- Deployed via SuccessFactors LMS and/or Rosterfy.
- Course is single-language (English) unless localisation is added as an extra.
- Hosted assets (video, audio) embedded within the SCORM package.
- AI-generated imagery, narration and short video summaries used where suitable.
- Accessibility considered across colour, contrast, captions and keyboard navigation.
- 1 minute of learning ≈ 120 words of script.
Project assumptions
- Continuous delivery — pauses or delays may shift the schedule.
- A 90-day warranty applies from final delivery for bug fixes and agreed scope-related issues.
- Vinnies handles internal approvals, stakeholder coordination and third-party dependencies.
- All permissions, approvals and access to tools / systems are provided to enable delivery.
- Changes to assumptions may require updates to scope or schedule.
- Buddy may quote additional work where changes introduce new complexity.
- Buddy is permitted to use the project for marketing purposes.
Client responsibilities
- Provide access to relevant materials, policies, videos and supporting content at project commencement.
- Nominate a primary contact for communication and feedback.
- Participate in review stages and provide consolidated feedback at Design / Structure, Alpha and Gold.
- Complete UAT and provide formal sign-off at key milestones and final delivery.
- Ensure internal alignment and approvals are secured throughout the project.
Buddy responsibilities
- Deliver against the agreed scope, timeline and assumptions.
- Provide structured review stages with clear sign-off gates.
- Maintain transparent project communication and this live portal.
- Package and deliver SCORM ready for SuccessFactors / Rosterfy.
- Provide 90-day warranty support post gold delivery.
Out of scope
- Ongoing content maintenance beyond agreed support period
- Multiple course versions for different audiences unless scoped
- Significant scope changes after development has commenced
- Licensing or procurement of third-party tools or platforms
- Data migration, user data handling, or backend system work
